Terms of use
Version 1.0 · 25 October 2026 · Questions: [email protected]
These terms are between Quivy ("we") and the coaching or person who signs up ("you"). By using Quivy you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What Quivy is
Quivy is a service for coaching institutes. It helps with live classes, tests, fees records and student and teacher accounts. Students pay fees to their coaching. Quivy does not collect, hold or refund those fees.
Your account
You are responsible for every admin, teacher and student account in your coaching, and for giving temporary codes and PINs only to the right person. Tell us at once if you think an account is not safe. Please give true details.
Student information
Many students are under 18. Your coaching is responsible for telling parents or guardians what is kept in Quivy and for getting their permission where the law needs it. You must only add students you are allowed to add.
Using it fairly
Do not break the law, share other people's private information, try to get into other coachings' data, harm the service, or send spam. We may switch off an account that does this.
Plans and payments
Prices are on our home page. Starter and Growth have a free 14 day trial. Quivy does not charge GST at the moment; if that changes we will tell you before. Plans are for the number of active students shown. We may change prices with notice; a price you have paid for does not change until your next month.
Availability
We work to keep Quivy running, but we cannot promise it will never be down. Please do not plan a test or class that cannot be moved if the internet or the service fails.
Your content
Your questions, notes and records belong to you. You allow us to store and show them to the right people in your coaching so the service can work.
Stopping
You can stop at any time. You can download your data from the Manage screen before you go. Write to [email protected] to have your coaching's data deleted. We may stop a service that breaks these terms.
Limits of our responsibility
Quivy is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profit or indirect loss, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will put the new version on this page. These terms follow the laws of India.
