This page is about what you pay Quivy for a plan. It does not cover the fees students pay to their coaching.

Free trial

Starter and Growth have a free 14 day trial. You can stop at any time during the trial and pay nothing. Pro and Elite have no trial.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month you have already paid for.

When we do refund

If we charge you by mistake, charge twice, or cannot give you the service you paid for, write to [email protected] within 7 days. We will check and refund the right amount to the way you paid, within 7 to 10 working days.

Fees students pay to a coaching

Quivy does not collect or hold those fees. Refunds of those fees are between the student and the coaching, under the coaching's own rules.

Prices and tax

Prices are on our home page. Quivy does not charge GST at the moment. If that changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.
